Ms. Low Ley Tian, who possesses 13 years of legal experience as an Advocate and Solicitor, is the legal advisor to SOC. Ley Tian has proven history of gathering and analysing information, and using the analysis results to make effective decisions and find innovative solutions to resolve client’s legal problems. Her general legal knowledge complements the team’s construction law perspective remarkably.
Ley Tian specializes in commercial agreements, including drafting and reviewing the joint venture Agreement, consultancy agreements, services agreements and shareholder agreements.
Ley Tian holds LLB(Hons) from University of London and CLP in Malaysia. She speaks and writes in English. Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia fluently. She can also speak in Cantonese dialect.
